Very unfortunately a fire recently destroyed much of the contents of a Lifeguard equipment room at an Aquatics facility in Indian River County, Florida. The fire did considerable damage to the lifeguard equipment with one notable exception, even after obviously being engulfed in flames, the LIFE™ Rescue Tube remained fully intact. The only damage inflicted was to the replaceable strap which was consumed. The new revolutionary Lifeguard industry changing LIFE Rescue Tube remained reusable in an emergency situation. The LIFE Tube is unmatched in quality, durability, and function.

California surfers most likely remember this beauty from the early and mid 1980s! Originating in Newport Beach, the WAVA HULL, worked its way up and down the Coast attracting both serious Wave Surfers and Recreational ones alike. The speed that this surf sled can generate on a curling wave will put a smile on even the most serious Waterman. Pictured here at Cocoa Beach, Florida the WAVA HULL may be making a long anticipated comeback.

We were very happy that we did not experience any roof leaks during or after Hurricane Irma and we would like to thank Thermal Protective Coatings of Florida for a fantastic job coating our roof!

The destructive power of Hurricane Irma has caused loss of life, misery, and / or destruction for many thousands of residents of The United States and the Caribbean over the past week. With all of that bad news, we were pleased to see that the LIFE Rescue that we left outside by accident during the Hurricane was found undamaged, hundreds of feet from its original location wedged against a chain link fence. The LIFE Rescue Tube is used by Search & Rescue Teams nationwide including the Brevard County, Florida Sheriffs Department. Brevard County, along with most other Counties in Florida, was hit hard by Hurricane Irma.
